Integrity Books provides three easy options for creating and submitting yearbooks. We accept PDF files and provide online or desktop software options. For less money than you might expect, we offer quick turn yearbook programs designed to meet the needs of each school’s yearbook advisers and staff!
Production
Does your school require late deadlines? Quick proofing and approximately 4 week production allows you to include pages for spring sports and other second semester events. Integrity Books helps schools to check pages in advance to virtually eliminate any need for 2nd proofs and costly delays. We can provide large ladder diagram posters to help staff get a vision of page sequencing, and we offer stock cover designs. Attention to details by our graphics and production departments brings schools back to Integrity Books year after year.
PDF Files
Let Integrity Books assist you in producing a full color yearbook created using software programs you already have and are familiar with, such as Adobe InDesign. Once all of your pages and cover are designed, just submit them as PDF files via Integrity's ftp site or WeTransfer. Within 5 working days, you will receive full color page and cover proofs exactly as they will appear in your yearbook.
Online or Desktop
We are contracted with LumaPix for YearbookFusion, online and desktop publishing programs allowing advisors and students to collaborate. With YearbookFusion, you can work together like never before, saving content and pages securely using their remote cloud storage. Choose from a multitude of page templates, clip art and backgrounds; easily import your photographer's PSPA portrait files; design unique photo layouts and get creative with font styles and colors. Within 5 days of page and cover completion, you will receive full color page and cover proofs exactly as they will appear in your yearbook.
Cover Styles
- Full color process printed 100# paper with gloss film lamination, 100 pt. cover boards, white end sheets (stock designs available).
- One color screen printing on leather grain 10 pt. Pajco book cover material, 100 pt. cover boards, white end sheets.
- Silver or Gold Foil Stamped on leather grain 10 pt. Pajco book cover material, 100pt. cover boards, white end sheets.
- Color choices for leather grain material: black, maroon, royal blue, red, hunter green, white.
- Standard page size 8-1/2" W x 11" H.
Supplements
Consider an 8, 12, or 16 page full color supplement to include important events in the students’ lives such as prom, summer sports, and graduation. This section has an adhesive strip that allows it to be adhered into the inside back cover of your yearbook. Because these supplements are small, postage to mail to graduated seniors is minimal.
